Works well. My notes load fine from the cloud. Sync is usually smooth. Just a little slow sometimes.

I bought this mostly for taking notes, the writing experience is kind of a joke. It feels laggy and scratchy, and half the time my strokes don’t even come through cleanly. For what they charge, I expected something a lot smoother than this disappointing little mess.

Had a small issue and expected the usual runaround. But nope. Someone replied quickly, actually sounded like a real person, and got it sorted without making it a whole thing. Simple, fast, no hassle

I really wanted to like this device, but it was feels too laggy for daily use. Pages were take forever to open, and when I write, there is sometimes a delay that got annoying quick. Sync also failed on me a few times. It’s not terrible in theory, but the performance just isn’t good enough for me.

It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but it does what it’s supposed to do and works fine. I’d say if your instinct tells you it’s worth paying a little extra, you probably won’t be disappointed.

I really wanted to like my Supernote, and I expected the battery to be one of the things I wouldn’t have to worry about. But in actual use, it drops a lot faster than I thought it would after charging.
I’m not doing anything intense with it either. Mostly just taking notes, reading a little, and using it the way I assumed it was meant to be used. Somehow I still find myself keeping an eye on the battery more than I expected, which kind of takes away from the whole distraction-free experience.

For the price, that gap between what I expected and what I’m getting is frustrating. A device made mainly for notes should last longer in my opinion, and mine just hasn’t been doing that. I’m disappointed

I really do like using my supernote for taking notes. There’s just something about it that feels nice and kind of satisfying. But the software can be frustrating in a way that’s hard to explain. Some things feel buried in menus, and syncing still makes me pause and wonder if I’m doing it right. It works fine most of the time, but it often takes a few more taps than I feel like it should. I like it a lot overall, I just really hope they make the whole experience smoother.

It got here in one piece, so I guess I can’t complain too much, but the shipping was slower than what they said. I thought it would arrive sooner, and for some reason that made the whole thing feel like it took even longer...
